All the staff and doctors are always very professional and helpful with whatever we need. Our dogs can be quite difficult sometimes, but the staff is always very patient and attentive to what will best work for my pet. Wouldn't dream of taking them anywhere else!

We have a multi pet home and have been seeing this group with our fur babies long enough that we have had multiple interactions with all of the doctors and they are all fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about East Ridge Animal Hospital. Our 7 year old German Shepherd has had skin issues since he was a puppy. We have just relocated from Michigan to Tennessee, he started having trouble with itching and his skin tearing. I called them on a Friday and Sherrie the receptionist, worked us in for a Daturday appointment, even though they were booked.I can’t thank Sherrie and Dr. Thomas enough for seeing him and offering him relief. We are definitely happy new clients.
